Quinoa with prunes for breakfast:


  • Half a cup of quinoa
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon linseed oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped prunes
  • 1/4 cup of rice milk

In a small saucepan, pour the cup of water and add the half cup of quinoa , a pinch of nutmeg and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger. Stir the mixture and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Add prunes and rice milk. Then cover again and cook another 5 minutes. Before eating, add a tablespoon of linseed oil.

Drinks as snacks between meals

- Cabbage, pineapple and ginger juice:

  • Half a cup of pineapple
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of cabbage without stems
  • ½ lemon squeezed
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • Half a cup of mint

Pineapple juice, pomegranate lemon:

  • ¾ cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 lemon press
  • 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 3 cups of water

Vegetarian snacks:

Slice celery, radishes and cucumber, or any other fresh vegetable and mix. Pour in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can take as much as you like from this snack throughout the day.

Fruit smoothie for lunch:

  • Half a cup of plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ of banana
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Vegetable soup for dinner:

  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 bulb of fennel chopped with leaves and stems.
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt
  • A pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
  • 4 large garlic cloves chopped in large pieces
  • 1 chopped cabbage
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • Half a cup of chopped parsley

Put everything except chopped parsley in a saucepan and add 2 liters of water. Boil and reduce the heat. Then let it simmer for an hour. Serve with freshly chopped parsley.

Make sure to follow the following rules:

  • Do not eat after 7 pm
  • Drink enough water throughout the day.
  • Before going to bed, take a cup of tea with dandelion root. It is a great way for the liver to eliminate toxins from your body.
