This 3-minute yoga exercise will improve your brain function

For maximum efficiency, try to reproduce this exercise in the morning, in a quiet place and reproduce these steps:
1 - Stand your face facing east, facing the rising sun.
2 - Roll your tongue inward and press firmly against the top of your oral cavity (the palate). Keep it this way throughout the exercise.
3 - Lift your left arm in front of you and fold it at the elbow. Take an inspiration and hold your right ear lobe with your first two fingers (the thumb and forefinger) of your left hand. Make sure your thumb is facing outward.
4 - Now raise your right arm in front of you and fold it at the elbow. Hold your left ear lobe with your first two fingers, thumb turned outward.
5 - Inhale and exhale deeply through your nose.
6 - Once this position is reached, lower your body so that you find yourself in a crouched position.
7 - After reaching a crouched position, inhale and hold your breath for two to three seconds. Try to maintain this pose as long as possible.
8 - You can now return your body to a straight position. Exhale by returning to this position.
9 - Now remove your fingers and release your tongue.
10 - repeat this exercise 15 to 20 times for best results.
